What does a project cost?
It depends on scope, and we will not pretend otherwise. After one conversation we can usually give a range; after a short discovery we give a fixed number with a written scope behind it.
How quickly can you start?
We run a small number of projects at a time, so start dates are real rather than aspirational. Tell us your timeline and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
Do you work with existing codebases?
Often. Several of our engagements began as a rescue: a stalled build, or a system failing under load. We start with a two-week audit and an honest recommendation, including when that recommendation is not to rebuild.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before any detail is shared. We have worked under bank and government confidentiality requirements and are comfortable with the paperwork.
Who owns the code?
You do, in full, from day one. Repositories are in your organisation, infrastructure is in your accounts, and there is no lock-in to us as a vendor.
